rates and insurances

I offer a 10 minute consultation call at no cost to you. During this call, we may discuss what you are looking for in therapy, schedule an appointment, and address any questions you may have regarding my practice.

Rates

A 50 minute session rate is $150*.

Clients are asked to pay for the session at the time of service. I accept payment in the form of cash, check, debit/credit card, Zelle, and/or Venmo.

Insurance

I currently am accepting Optum, AETNA, UnitedHealthcare/UHC/UBH, Beacon Health Options/Carelon, Tricare, and Lyra. 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not given 24 hours advanced notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.
